We loved the spacious and well-decorated room with a wonderful bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our vegetarian and vegan needs.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff was helpful in storing our luggage until late at night. The location of the accommodation was conveniently situated between the train station and the concert venue we attended. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Finding the accommodation was a bit challenging as the directions provided were unclear and the Wi-Fi did not work. the kitchen was not well-equipped and lacked basic utensils and ingredients.

The room I stayed in had beautiful hardwood floors, giving it a warm and cozy feel. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch and allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated the 24-hour front desk as it gave me peace of mind knowing that there was always someone available to assist me if needed. The free toiletries in the private bathroom were a pleasant surprise and added a touch of luxury to my stay. The complimentary WiFi throughout the property was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with friends and family back home.

Personally, I found the size of the bathroom a bit small, but others may find it perfectly adequate.

The man at reception was really helpful and talked me through the sites of Florence. He even printed my tickets for me. The room was exceptionally clean and well decorated, with a wonderful bathroom. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the main train station and close to many authentic Italian restaurants. The hotel provided great tourist information and a useful map.
